More usable outlets

Older homes were often wired around a lamp and radio in each room. Now there is a TV, router, chargers, and a desk to power. Daisy-chained power boards can place extra load on a circuit and may contribute to overheating.

We add outlets where you actually use them, including beside the bed, behind the TV, along the kitchen bench, and in the garage

The circuit behind every new outlet

Before adding outlets, we check whether the circuit can handle the extra load and whether it is protected by a safety switch.

Heavy appliances such as a second fridge, heater, or EV charger may need their own circuit. Tell us how many outlets you need and where they should go, and we can plan the electrical work for one visit.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

 Can I install PowerPoint myself

No. Adding, moving, or replacing a power point is licensed work in NSW. Say DIY work 'can affect' home insurance. Don't say 'voids'

Can you move a PowerPoint?

Yes. We can relocate a power point to a more practical position. Depending on the wall, the old outlet can be removed or replaced with a blank plate.

Do you install USB and outdoor power points?

Yes. We install USB-A and USB-C combination outlets, plus weatherproof outdoor power points for decks, gardens, and garages.

How many PowerPoints can you add in one visit?

As many as the circuit can safely carry. If the existing circuit cannot handle the added load, we can install a new circuit as part of the powerpoint installation.
